Job Summary

Designing and optimizing AI-driven workflows, the full-time Senior AI Delivery Specialist will enhance customer implementation processes remotely, ensuring quality and efficiency in deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build multi-step prompt workflows that autonomously generate implementation artifacts for ServiceNow
• Lead quality assurance and prompt optimization, reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy and consistency
• Integrate AI capabilities with professional services delivery, collaborating with consultants and sales teams to validate outputs

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience in prompt engineering and quality assurance of AI-generated content
• Pre-sales or delivery consulting experience with ownership of customer-facing artifacts
• Advanced written communication skills, with a portfolio of relevant work required
• Strong understanding of professional services delivery operations
