Job Summary

Senior AI Deployment Manager is a full-time role responsible for leading complex, enterprise-scale deployments of an AI platform, driving strategic onboarding and large-scale adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic AI onboarding and implementation programs, facilitating design workshops and translating business strategies into AI solutions
• Architect technical roadmaps and manage client expectations, project timelines, and resources for successful AI deployments
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize delivery frameworks and scale customer onboarding while managing program health and risks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in leading complex, enterprise-scale SaaS or AI implementations
• Expertise in program management and driving alignment across technical and business teams
• Proven ability to facilitate discovery sessions and executive-level customer engagements
• Deep understanding of contact center operations and relevant KPIs
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to manage senior-level stakeholders effectively
