Job Summary

Senior AI Deployment Manager, responsible for leading complex, enterprise-scale deployments of an AI platform, driving strategic onboarding and advanced use-case design in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic AI onboarding and implementation programs, facilitating executive-level design workshops
• Architect technical roadmaps and manage client expectations through multi-phase implementations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize delivery frameworks and ensure successful customer adoption of AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in leading complex, enterprise-scale SaaS or AI implementations
• Expertise in program management and driving alignment across cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to facilitate discovery sessions and executive-level customer engagements
• Deep understanding of contact center operations and relevant KPIs
• Strong executive presence and ability to manage senior-level stakeholders effectively
