Required Qualifications

• Exceptional creative and design portfolio with examples of high-quality marketing design work
• Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite and hands-on experience with generative AI tools
• Strong ability to build repeatable systems and documentation for scalability
• 5+ years of digital design experience, preferably in a marketing agency
• Strong understanding of integrated digital marketing and creative performance across channels
