Senior AI Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Agentic AI Developer, the full-time remote position will design and build autonomous AI systems, focusing on advanced multi-agent orchestration and implementing Spec-Driven Development (SDD) to automate workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build autonomous AI agents with advanced reasoning capabilities
• Design multi-agent orchestration systems and implement Spec-Driven Development (SDD) systems
• Optimize systems for scalability, latency, and cost while mentoring engineers and guiding technical direction

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience with Generative AI / LLM systems
• Strong programming skills in Python or Go
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Proven experience designing scalable systems
