Senior AI Developer

Job Summary

To shape and ship production AI systems, the full-time Senior AI Developer will own the architecture of shared components, design delivery systems, and lead AI tooling adoption, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the architecture and evolution of shared components and platform capabilities for AI-driven products
• Design and build CI/CD patterns, deployment pipelines, and developer workflows to ensure predictable and repeatable delivery of AI agents
• Lead the team in adopting AI tooling and establish patterns that enhance developer efficiency and collaboration

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with proficiency in a modern backend or full-stack language
• Strong AWS experience, including Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, and API Gateway, with the ability to design production-grade cloud-native architectures
• Proven track record in building developer platforms and delivery systems, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Expert-level understanding of agentic system design and hands-on experience with production agentic tooling frameworks
• Demonstrated experience delivering production, client-facing agentic solutions end-to-end
