Senior AI Developer

Job Summary

To drive the AI transformation of a finance platform for local and state government agencies, the full-time remote Senior AI Developer will design and build AI-powered product features, manage platform evolution, and establish reliable delivery systems while mentoring fellow engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the evolution of shared AI components, libraries, and platform capabilities
• Design and build AI-powered product features, including LLM orchestration and prompt engineering workflows
• Establish CI/CD patterns and deployment pipelines to ensure predictable and repeatable shipping of AI features

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with proficiency in a modern backend or full-stack language
• Experience with production agentic tooling orchestration frameworks and LLM APIs
• Demonstrated experience delivering production, client-facing agentic solutions end-to-end
• Strong AWS experience with cloud-native architecture design
• Proven track record building developer platforms and delivery systems, including CI/CD pipelines
