Senior AI Developer

Job Summary

To design, build, and operate production AI systems end to end, the full-time Senior AI Developer will work remotely across the full AI stack, focusing on classical machine learning, deep learning, and modern generative AI while managing the deployment and monitoring of AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, train, evaluate, and ship machine learning and deep learning models for various business and scientific problems
• Develop LLM-powered applications and build retrieval-augmented generation systems, ensuring sound data and feature pipeline management
• Implement MLOps practices for productionizing models and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment of AI services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2 years in building and shipping ML or AI systems in production
• Strong proficiency in Python and core ML libraries such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based applications and practical knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation systems
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deploying services on Azure, along with solid Git management skills
