Senior AI Developer
Job Summary
To establish strategic AI initiatives, the full-time Senior AI Developer will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions while evaluating technologies and optimizing workflows in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate current technologies and business needs to develop a roadmap for standardizing AI use
- Strategically select and deploy AI tools and technologies, including managing third-party and open-source models in Azure
- Design and integrate AI solutions following best practices and established architecture while providing support and optimizing performance
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of software development experience with an additional 3 years in AI/ML and RPA development preferred
- Strong familiarity with Azure AI Services, Claude, CoPilot, Cursor, and ChatGPT
- Proficient in Python, C#, and experience with GitHub; knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript is a plus
- Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence or Bachelor's in Computer Science is preferred, along with at least 8 years of related experience
- Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, or data warehousing technologies is a plus
