Senior AI Developer
Job Summary
To accelerate pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing operations, the full-time Senior AI Developer will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions while working remotely and engaging with clients to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to assess business objectives and translate them into technical requirements and implementation plans
- Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions that integrate with client systems and workflows, ensuring production-quality standards
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and enterprise integrations, partnering with data engineering teams to support analytics initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
- 9+ years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering, or related roles
- 5+ years of experience designing and deploying cloud-based AI or enterprise application solutions
- Advanced programming skills in Python and another modern language such as JavaScript, C#, or Java
- Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies, including LLMs and prompt engineering
