Senior AI Developer
Job Summary
To drive the AI transformation of a finance platform for government agencies, the full-time remote Senior AI Developer will design and build AI-powered product features, manage platform evolution, and establish delivery systems for predictable deployment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the evolution of shared AI components and platform capabilities, ensuring reliability and developer experience
- Design and implement AI product features, overseeing the entire process from requirements shaping to deployment and monitoring
- Develop CI/CD patterns and deployment pipelines to facilitate predictable and repeatable shipping of AI agents to production
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with proficiency in modern backend or full-stack languages
- Experience with production agentic tooling orchestration frameworks and LLM APIs
- Previous experience building scalable multi-tenant SaaS applications
- Strong AWS experience, including services like Lambda, ECS, and RDS
- Demonstrated ability to deliver production, client-facing agentic solutions end-to-end
