Senior AI Developer
Job Summary
Designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions, the full-time Senior AI Developer will lead technical discovery sessions, translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and collaborate across teams to deliver production-ready AI applications, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, including integrations and workflows, using modern programming practices
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and enterprise integrations to support reporting, analytics, and AI workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
- 9+ years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering, or technical consulting
- 5+ years of experience designing and deploying production cloud-based AI or enterprise application solutions
- Advanced programming skills in Python and at least one additional modern language (e.g., JavaScript, C#, Java)
- Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies and enterprise integrations
