Senior AI Enablement Engineer

Job Summary

To support various departments, the full-time Senior AI Enablement Engineer will advise on, build, integrate, and operate AI tooling, ensuring effective workflows and technical governance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Extend and govern AI workflows across the company, partnering with teams to ship AI-powered versions of high-friction processes
• Own technical governance of internal AI tools, defining publishing processes and overseeing security reviews for new tools
• Build integration prototypes and reference architectures to facilitate internal team workflows without bottlenecks

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software or integration engineering experience, with at least 2 years in building integrations between SaaS systems
• Hands-on experience with API integration patterns, OAuth, and webhook architectures
• Practical experience with LLM-based applications and AI tooling prompt design
• Strong DevOps fundamentals, including CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and observability
• Demonstrated experience applying data governance and security best practices
