Senior AI Enablement Engineer
Job Summary
Focused on building and maintaining AI automation for engineering workflows, the full-time Senior AI Enablement Engineer will design and operate internal services, automate tasks, and enhance platform services in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate internal services for engineering workflows, including PR reviews and automation tools
- Develop and manage MCP servers to connect vCluster systems with AI agents and developers
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and automate manual processes, transforming them into production-ready workflows
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a platform engineer, DevOps engineer, or SRE with ownership of deployed services
- Proficiency in backend development, capable of writing and shipping services or automation pipelines
- Demonstrated experience in building automation against AI APIs like OpenAI or Anthropic
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Security-focused mindset in automation and infrastructure decisions
