Senior AI Enablement Manager

Job Summary

Driving AI integration across the organization, the full-time Senior AI Enablement Manager will embed with teams to audit workflows, develop task-specific automations, and coach teams towards self-sufficiency in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with teams to audit current workflows and identify automation opportunities
• Develop and implement task-specific agents and automations using various tools and platforms
• Measure outcomes and present results to leadership while ensuring teams can maintain their workflows independently

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automation/operations tooling with hands-on LLM/agent work
• Proficiency with LLM APIs and low-code/no-code agent frameworks, including prompt engineering
• Strong systems thinking ability to identify automation opportunities within workflows
• Experience embedding with non-technical teams and translating their needs into solutions
• Ability to evaluate AI-assisted work quality and establish quality guardrails
