Job Summary

Seeking a Senior AI Enablement Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage the integration of AI into various business functions, build AI-powered tools, and mentor team members to enhance their AI skills while driving measurable improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Spend time within business teams to identify workflows, processes, and areas for AI integration
• Build AI-powered workflows and tools to address operational bottlenecks and increase efficiency
• Mentor team members in developing their AI skills through coaching and structured practice

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical or cross-functional role with problem-solving across teams
• Proven track record of developing AI-powered tools or workflows that enhance operational efficiency
• Experience in training or coaching others to develop new technical skills
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience working in or with IT organizations or supporting business operations across functions
