Senior AI Enforcement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Enforcement Analyst, Safety Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own Automated Enforcement Quality by diagnosing underperformance and making production readiness recommendations
• Translate Policy Into Models by crafting prompts, defining evaluation criteria, and curating datasets for model training
• Guide Model Evolution by monitoring performance and identifying necessary updates or retraining

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of experience in Trust & Safety with exposure to automated enforcement systems
• AI-literate with understanding of LLM-based enforcement systems and their operational behavior
• Familiarity with AI safety concepts applied operationally, including evaluation design and continuous improvement
• Experience in SQL and/or Python for data investigation and decision-making
• Experience with content moderation and real-time incident response in complex environments
