Senior AI Engagement Lead

Job Summary

Leading the technical vision and direction for a portfolio of engagements, the full-time Senior AI Engagement Lead will consolidate multiple projects into a coordinated effort while serving as the primary technical partner for client leadership in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical vision, architecture, and solution standards across all engagements within the account
• Drive the consolidation of multiple concurrent projects into a single coordinated build motion
• Serve as the trusted technical partner and primary technical point of contact for client executive stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Proven leadership of large, multi-pronged engagements at transformation, migration, or M&A scale
• Able to lead a growing engineering team while managing executive client relationships
• Experience steering technical strategy across a portfolio rather than focusing on a single solution
• Strong knowledge of AI solution architecture and the Azure AI stack
• Familiarity with enterprise integration and data architecture relevant to AI systems
