Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to define success metrics and identify data-driven opportunities
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and experiments to guide strategic decisions
• Design and prototype algorithms to improve automation and customer experience while collaborating with engineers to develop production-ready systems

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in developing data-powered products, preferably as an AI engineer or data scientist
• Proven ability to design and iterate on algorithms that provide customer or business value
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in data manipulation and visualization
• Deep understanding of machine learning techniques and emerging GenAI capabilities
• Experience collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to influence product direction
