Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Engineer I for a 24-month fixed-term position.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate learning science into products to help learners and teachers identify and address learning gaps
• Collaborate with public school districts to scale teacher and learner tools for underserved communities
• Develop tools that enhance the use of the platform as a strategic supplement in classrooms

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building scalable backend services and complex frontend user interfaces
• Experience with Generative AI/LLMs and knowledge of prompt engineering techniques
• Strong technical project management skills
• Experience in writing clean, maintainable, and testable software
• Proven cross-cultural competency skills and a commitment to inclusion and belonging
