Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the evolution of its enterprise SaaS platform's AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic AI initiatives to solve complex enterprise problems and influence product strategy
• Architect and enhance agentic processes for enterprise-scale deployments and complex workflows
• Design advanced memory systems and build RAG systems to improve AI accuracy and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with at least 2 years in a senior role
• Proven experience in building and deploying AI agents or conversational AI systems in production
• Experience with large-scale enterprise datasets and SaaS platforms
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PySpark, SQL and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch
