Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop LLM-powered applications and multimodal AI systems
• Architect and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
• Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices for GenAI development

Required Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field, or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years of experience in ML/AI, with at least 2+ years focused on LLMs and GenAI
• Strong track record of deploying LLM applications in production
• Deep expertise in transformer architectures and fine-tuning techniques
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
