Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement scalable, low-latency AI Voice Agent systems
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate Foundational Models and specialized speech models into production
• Optimize performance and real-time responsiveness of voice agent pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience writing production-level code in Python
• 2+ years of experience deploying Conversational AI models or real-time NLP systems
• Experience with designing and deploying scalable AI inference services
• Advanced knowledge of Machine Learning methods and algorithms
• Experience with deep learning frameworks and public cloud environments
