Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and implement AI agents for a behavioral health platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the technical architecture for AI agents, including planning modules and goal-setting algorithms
• Apply advanced reinforcement learning techniques to develop adaptive intervention strategies for user outcomes
• Develop models for human-agent interaction, ensuring agents align with therapeutic protocols and user needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years focused on machine learning or autonomous systems
• Exceptional proficiency in Python and experience with scientific libraries
• Hands-on experience with deploying and managing Large Language Models (LLMs) in a production environment
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
