Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI and LLM Engineer to innovate and integrate advanced AI technologies into design and automation infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/LLM-powered systems for automation and workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify AI integration opportunities
• Develop and fine-tune large language models for semiconductor design applications

Required Qualifications

• MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 8+ years of development experience, including 4 years in AI/ML, LLMs, or generative AI
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Proven track record of deploying scalable AI/ML models in production
• Experience with EDA, semiconductor workflows, or design automation systems is a plus
• Publications or open-source contributions in LLMs or AI infrastructure are advantageous
