Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to drive AI research and innovation while executing applied AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, and evaluate AI systems including LLMs, retrieval, ranking, and personalization
• Build scalable AI capabilities and integrate them into applications and user experiences
• Optimize production systems and develop reusable platform components for AI application development

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering and/or machine learning engineering experience
• 4+ years of experience building and deploying AI-centric systems
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLM-based agents or multi-agent orchestration
• Strong programming skills in Java or similar JVM languages, and proficiency in Python
• Production experience with modern ML tooling and frameworks like PyTorch and Transformers
