Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to drive the integration of artificial intelligence into their products and business.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to create technical designs and AI strategies for complex customer challenges
• Architect, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML platforms and tools while ensuring reliability and security
• Lead the development and monitoring of production-grade AI/ML models and standardize CI/CD pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, or Software Engineering focused on production ML systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's or PhD in AI/ML preferred
• Proven experience in deploying AI solutions at scale using programming languages such as Java, C#, GoLang, or Python
• Deep expertise in Generative AI, including prompting strategies and fine-tuning
• Strong ability to design distributed systems and microservices architectures for model serving
