Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Engineer (Voice Agents).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced AI/ML systems focusing on SLMs, LLMs, AI Agents, and Search architectures
• Build conversational AI interfaces for multi-turn chat/voice interactions and escalate to human agents when needed
• Develop production-grade AI pipelines for data processing, model training, and performance improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years in backend software development using modern programming languages, preferably Python
• Experience building production AI systems, including chatbots and automated support agents
• Strong foundational understanding of ML and NLP, including transformer-based models
• Expertise in natural language understanding and conversation mining for customer interactions
