Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Engineer, Labs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own AI experiments end-to-end, from hypothesis shaping to iteration
• Partner with ML Engineering to productize and harden ML prototypes for production
• Design agent action schemas and orchestration systems for agent workflows

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience shipping production software with customer-facing AI features
• Experience building AI agent systems and designing RAG systems
• Strong backend systems skills, including stateful services and real-time workflows
• Experience managing AI costs in production
• Product engineering instincts with the ability to prioritize value creation
