Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Engineer - Monetization Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy brand uplift models using causal inference techniques to measure advertising effectiveness
• Build sales uplift and ROAS measurement systems for closed-loop attribution reporting
• Develop multi-touch attribution models and implement feature engineering pipelines for measurement and optimization

Required Qualifications

• BS with 7+ years of relevant industry experience, or M.S./Ph.D. in a related field with 5+ years of experience
• Strong foundations in machine learning, statistical modeling, and causal inference
• 5+ years of experience building and deploying production ML systems
• Proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch and Pydantic
• Experience with cloud ML platforms, preferably Google Cloud, and large-scale data management
