Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in AI/ML systems in production
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, including prompt engineering and tool use
• Experience building RAG systems and retrieval optimization
• Experience in a high-growth environment with end-to-end ownership from design to production
