Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. AI Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate a data catalog collection service that ingests schema and metadata from various data sources
• Develop data pipelines for catalog extraction, normalization, and semantic tagging to support AI-driven query routing
• Build and maintain RESTful and/or gRPC APIs for catalog data exposure to an AI query agent

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience in production services
• Proficiency in Go, Rust, Java, or Python, with a preference for Rust or Python
• Experience with data pipeline development and metadata management at scale
• Understanding of RESTful API design principles and service communication patterns
• Experience deploying and operating services on Kubernetes in cloud environments
