Key Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytics and develop predictive models for clinical and business environments
• Design and deploy AI models, including LLM-based Agentic AI and automation solutions
• Mentor junior team members and ensure ethical and reliable deployment of AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of strong ML/AI experience with proven production work
• Hands-on expertise in Python and SQL
• Experience with LLMs/GenAI, RAG, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
• Proficient in designing REST APIs for model integration
• Experience working with unstructured data and NLP technologies
