Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. AI Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate a data catalog collection service that ingests schema and metadata from various data sources
• Develop data pipelines for catalog extraction, normalization, lineage tracking, and semantic tagging
• Build and maintain RESTful and/or gRPC APIs for catalog data access

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with production services
• Proficiency in Go, Rust, Java, or Python, with a preference for Rust or Python
• Experience with data pipeline development and metadata management at scale
• Hands-on experience deploying services on Kubernetes in production environments
• Familiarity with major public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
