Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Engineer (MS Copilot) to design production-ready AI systems within the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Azure OpenAI
• Extend Copilot capabilities through custom engineering and build LLM-powered services
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems while ensuring security, reliability, and performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML systems, or enterprise platforms
• Hands-on experience within the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and Azure OpenAI Service
• Strong Python skills and experience building production APIs
• Experience designing and implementing RAG-based systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
