Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to build and ship personalized, self-improving agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Ship user-facing agent experiences end-to-end based on real usage
• Architect and implement stateful agent systems including workflows and memory retrieval
• Design data and retrieval pipelines, optimizing for performance and safety

Required Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals including design and testing
• Production experience deploying AI systems in user-facing applications
• Experience with agentic or LLM-powered systems involving memory and tool use
• Familiarity with at least one agent framework or custom implementation
• Strong understanding of retrieval and vector search concepts
