Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex multi-agent systems for real-time simulation workflows
• Architect scalable context and memory management approaches for efficient AI responses
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure model performance and establish safety guardrails

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 1-3 years in LLM-powered applications
• Strong programming expertise in Python and knowledge of TypeScript and modern web frameworks
• Experience designing LLM agents using frameworks like LangGraph or OpenAI Agents SDK
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering and token optimization strategies
• Hands-on experience building evaluation pipelines for AI system performance
