Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Delivery Acceleration AI Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered implementation agents to automate ServiceNow configurations and generate implementation artifacts
- Lead prompt engineering and optimize AI output quality through systematic evaluation and refinement
- Integrate AI solutions with professional services delivery workflows and ensure seamless automation across systems
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting in enterprise software environments
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with large language models and AI agent development
- Expertise in prompt engineering techniques and systematic prompt evaluation
- Strong understanding of professional services delivery operations
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages used in AI agent development
