Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineer- Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI-driven features focusing on multi-agent systems and advanced RAG architectures
• Own the full lifecycle of AI services, from model selection and deployment to monitoring in a Kubernetes environment
• Establish standards for data privacy, model bias, and security to ensure transparency in AI initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping production-ready applications
• Demonstrated expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks
• Advanced proficiency in Python; experience with Go is preferred
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Docker, and cloud-based inference pipelines on AWS
• Exceptional ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable language for diverse audiences
