A company is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and build AI agents for hardware product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and iterating on LLM-powered agents for project coordination and deliverable generation
• Owning the agent orchestration layer and evaluating new frameworks for improvement
• Implementing tool-use patterns and building evaluation infrastructure for agent performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of production software engineering experience, with 2+ years focused on LLM-based applications
• Hands-on experience with agent systems using frameworks like LangChain or similar
• Proficiency in Python and experience integrating LLM features with external APIs
• Experience designing and operating background job pipelines for agent runs
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean architecture and testing practices
