A company is looking for a Sr. Delivery Acceleration AI Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-powered implementation agents to automate ServiceNow configurations and generate implementation artifacts
Lead prompt engineering and AI quality optimization to ensure high accuracy and adherence to implementation standards
Integrate AI solutions with professional services delivery processes and build platform integrations for seamless automation

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting in enterprise software environments
2+ years of hands-on experience with large language models and AI agent development
Strong understanding of professional services delivery operations
Experience with API design and system integration
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages
