Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered products in healthcare data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of applied AI and GenAI capabilities across products
• Design, build, and operate end-to-end ML/AI pipelines from experimentation to production
• Collaborate with teams to deliver AI solutions that improve customer outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or relevant experience
• 7-10 years of software and data engineering experience, including 3-5 years in ML/AI or GenAI systems
• 2 years of experience with Databricks and modern data/AI platforms
• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, agents, and modern AI evaluation techniques
• Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
