Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Lead AI Engineer to design and build foundational AI systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build the agent harness skill loading and execution sandbox
• Establish the evaluation pipeline for measuring skill effectiveness and addressing production failures
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy supplier-facing use cases on the developed platform

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in shipping production software, proficient in Python and/or TypeScript
• Experience building platform or infrastructure systems utilized by other engineers
• Have shipped at least one LLM-powered product to real users
• Proficient in deploying and operating containerized services in production
• Fluent in English, with an understanding of system thinking and infrastructure management
