Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Engineer, Agentic Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build agentic systems for AI-driven analytics that autonomously complete multi-step analytical tasks
• Design and implement agent skills and plugins, and create evaluation frameworks for agent quality
• Ensure agents in production meet benchmarks for accuracy, latency, and reliability

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of software engineering experience, including 2 years in building production agentic AI systems
• Hands-on experience with agent skills, plugins, or tools that extend an agent harness
• Proficiency in Python; experience with Go is a strong advantage
• Understanding of agent planning loops, tool-calling protocols, and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with vector databases and hybrid retrieval for agent memory management
