Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

Senior AI Engineer, responsible for developing AI capabilities in a remote, full-time position, focusing on creating reliable, production-grade systems that integrate with workflows and domain-specific data.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize retrieval and knowledge systems over domain-specific content
• Build AI-powered features and ensure system reliability within production environments
• Develop backend services on AWS and contribute to infrastructure and deployment pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including production systems
• Experience building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems
• Strong understanding of large language model (LLM) behavior and limitations
• Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python with solid backend and cloud experience
• Experience with LLM APIs and prompt/system design
