Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Senior ML/AI Engineer will work remotely to build and productionize AI-powered product features, design agentic AI systems, and develop machine learning models, impacting the evolution of cannabis retail technology.

Key responsibilities

• Build and productionize AI-powered product features across various domains including eCommerce and marketing
• Design and implement agentic AI systems and workflows, ensuring seamless integration into the platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the full ML lifecycle from experimentation to deployment

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of production engineering experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or backend engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, or orchestration frameworks
• Hands-on experience in building and shipping production systems
• Understanding of ML/AI system design and production deployment practices
