Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of advanced AI agents, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will optimize inference pipelines, design agent architectures, and manage evaluation frameworks, all while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive time-to-first-token (TTFT) optimization for multi-step agent pipelines and implement streaming optimizations
• Design and implement Plan-Execute-Synthesize pipelines with reliable orchestration and structured output enforcement
• Own the evaluation framework, including ground truth datasets, automated scoring pipelines, and latency regression testing

Required qualifications

• Experience building production-level inference pipelines with a focus on latency optimization
• Proven track record of developing multi-step agent systems and understanding their operational challenges
• Expertise in creating evaluation harnesses and familiarity with ground truth dataset design
• Hands-on experience debugging LLM non-determinism in production environments
• Familiarity with technologies such as Go, Python, Temporal, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and Docker
