Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

Owning and evolving the AI systems behind a voice platform, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will design and optimize real-time speech-to-text pipelines, improve transcription accuracy, and develop voice-to-action systems in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize real-time speech-to-text pipelines (streaming ASR, VAD, audio processing)
• Improve transcription accuracy through context injection (user names, teams, custom vocabulary, language detection)
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to ship voice features across various platforms

Required qualifications

• Experience with real-time speech-to-text technologies and systems
• Knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and their application in post-processing
• Familiarity with ASR models and their evaluation metrics (cost, latency, accuracy)
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to AI and machine learning
• Background in developing multimodal AI capabilities
