Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative AI solutions, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will design and build core AI platforms and products, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale the agent runtime and develop AI product features for brokering, underwriting, and client service workflows
• Design and implement RAG and document understanding pipelines for complex insurance documents
• Establish evaluation and observability frameworks for AI systems, ensuring compliance and performance metrics are met

Required qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on building and operating production services
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript and experience with Node.js or similar frameworks
• Experience with modern development practices, including containerization and CI/CD
• A track record of leading AI/ML projects end-to-end, including API design and production operations
