Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support the scaling of core data pipeline infrastructure, the contracted-to-full-time Senior AI Engineer will work remotely, utilizing AI tooling to optimize development and ensure reliable data flow from over 500 marketing platforms to client dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Use AI tooling to accelerate development, optimize complex problems, and enhance testing processes
• Develop and maintain core data extraction and pipeline infrastructure for 500+ integrations
• Drive technical decisions and oversee pipeline modernization initiatives while ensuring high code quality

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience with ownership of production systems
• Deep expertise in Python and modern AI tooling, including Claude/Opus and prompt engineering
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, Kubernetes, and workflow orchestration
• Solid SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse) with the ability to optimize queries
• Ability to work in the EST timezone and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
